These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all services offered under Al Ru’ya Capital and AurumFx. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. 1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Al Ru’ya Capital and its brand AurumFx.
• “Services” refer to automated trading, signal provision, trade ideas, educational content, and related financial technology offerings.
• “Client” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
• “Broker” refers to the third-party regulated broker through which client trades are executed.

2. Risk Disclosure and No Guarantee of Returns

• Trading foreign exchange and CFDs involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital.
• Al Ru’ya Capital and AurumFx do not guarantee profits, and no part of our service should be interpreted as financial advice.

3. Regulatory Compliance

• Al Ru’ya Capital and AurumFx are not licensed financial advisors or brokerage firms.
• All trading is conducted via regulated third-party brokers.
• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws and tax obligations.

4. Service Description

4.1 AurumFx Automated Trading

• Fully automated AI-driven trading connected via broker API.
• Users must register directly with the broker and connect their trading account.
• Performance fees are charged only on profitable months.

4.2 AurumFx Signals & Trade Ideas

• Signals are informational only and not financial advice.
• Users act on signals at their own discretion and risk.

5. User Eligibility

To use our services, users must: – Be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age in their country. – Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements. – Not be located in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

6. Third-Party Brokers

• Clients must independently register with a third-party regulated broker.
• The Company has no access to client funds and does not handle deposits/withdrawals.
• Disputes regarding fund access or trading execution must be addressed with the broker directly.

7. Fees and Payment Terms

• Fees include setup/admin fees and/or performance-based fees, clearly stated before onboarding.
• All payments are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
• Affiliates receive compensation from broker commissions or performance share, as per agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for:

• Trading losses
• Broker platform failures
• API downtime or latency
• User error in trade execution (signals)

• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to the Company for the relevant service period.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, systems, algorithms, designs, and branding under Al Ru’ya Capital and AurumFx are the intellectual property of the Company.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination of Services

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse, non-compliance, fraud, or other violations.
• Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell client data and only share it with necessary third parties for service delivery.

12. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall first be addressed through internal resolution.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Belize.

13. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
