This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by Al Ru’ya Capital and AurumFx, including but not limited to automated trading systems, trading signals, trade ideas, affiliate programs, and educational content.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Al Ru’ya Capital and AurumFx are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by law.

2. Digital Product Sales

Due to the nature of our services, which include digital delivery and real-time financial signals, refunds are not available once access is granted to any digital content, signals, automation systems, or proprietary strategies.

3. Automated Trading System Fees

All setup and administration fees associated with the AurumFx automated trading service are final and non-refundable. This includes fees paid for access, onboarding, configuration, and third-party integration.

4. Affiliate Earnings

Commissions and earnings distributed through the affiliate program are based on real-time activity and broker partnerships. These amounts are not subject to refund or reversal.

5. Service Disruptions

While we strive for uninterrupted service, Al Ru’ya Capital and AurumFx do not offer refunds for temporary downtime, maintenance periods, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to terminate access to all services and take appropriate legal action to recover any costs incurred.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you must submit a written request with full details to our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Approval is solely at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
